Ben brings a year of experience in ergonomics, supported by a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. As a DSE Assessor, Ben works with businesses across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire to create healthier, more comfortable, and more productive workspaces.With a strong understanding of movement, posture, and workplace wellbeing, Ben conducts DSE assessments with precision, ensuring each recommendation is tailored to the individual and their working environment.Outside of work, Ben is passionate about fitness and sport, enjoying time at the gym, running, competing in Hyrox events, and playing football.
