“Sam was able to see me within a few days of sending John the completed forms/approvals. He was punctual, friendly and succinct in his comm’s and we related over the similar problems of taller people (we’re similar heights) having issues with prolonged seating at tables. We got on with the job of self-assessing, which worked surprisingly well over Whatsapp. I showed him both my current and previous setups and clarified my request that he add to the report that this previous setup was likely the cause of my back pain. He had no amendments to make to my current setup, which was nice to know. Report was received by my manager promptly and containing the relevant details needed to submit a claim for some compensation towards the cost of the current setup, which is ongoing but beyond Vergo’s scope. Done in 15 mins. 😊”
