I spoke in length with Rick about my concerns which he addressed individually and was very thorough. I feel very confident about my assessment and I had a checklist of measurements sent to me to complete- one measurement I had gotten wrong however Rick dealt with this very promptly to allow the request for my chair to be made as soon as possible.
