Ergonomic DSE Assessor

Meet Rick, he joined the VergoUK team back in January 2017 and has been a much loved member of the team since!

What do you do at VergoUK?

I am an ergonomic display screen equipment (DSE) assessment specialist with VergoUK, providing assessments to individuals who are uncomfortable at work, or who often suffer with musculoskeletal disorders. Collaborating closely with the VergoUK team, I travel to corporate clients and end-user home locations, as well as delivering remote video or phone calls in order to provide DSE Assessments across the Midlands and beyond.

What gets you excited about work?

Meeting new people daily, interesting chats, and knowing that we, as a team, are making a real positive difference to their wellbeing when offering helpful advice.  I also enjoy the travelling.

What do you do in your spare time?

Motor-racing enthusiast.  Basically anything car-related, I’m there.  My 10 year old daughter is my top priority (obvs.) Put the two together and I’m a happy chap!

When you grow up, what would you like to be?

I’m not sure any of us really grow-up.  Aren’t we all still learning?

What is your guilty pleasure?

I’m quite the restaurant entrepreneur/manager on Roblox.  I was ‘forced’ into playing it by my daughter.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Tricky choice.  Either a Sunday Roast or Chicken Korma.
