Meet Barrie, he joined the VergoUK team as a DSE assessor for the south of the UK. He provides assessments for individuals who are uncomfortable or suffer with musculoskeletal disorders in both the workplace and remotely.

What do you do at VergoUK?

I’m Barrie, a DSE Assessor at VergoUK covering our client base across London and the South East region of the country. Daily I conduct workstation assessments; assessing postural habits, identifying potential risks with the way DSE is being utilised that may have a negative impact on an employee’s reported musculoskeletal complaint, and following this up with a written report giving appropriate advice, making reasonable adjustments and providing suitable recommendations to achieve an improved ergonomic setup, putting people’s health first in the workplace.
